    Hi Peter

    Please reboot your VAULT by selecting Settings, Diagnostics, Reboot. Once your VAULT has restarted from that same Diagnostics Page, select Rebuild Index.

    Try again after that.

    If problems persist, please select Settings, Send Support Request so our Support Crew may take a closer look after reviewing your player log file.
