Connectivity issues
AnsweredAfter working flawlessly for not quite 2 years i am suddenly having massive issues commectimg to the player. The app sometimes connects and will play amazon through the plugin. Airplay does not see the player at all. Bluetooth sometimes does, though when I try and bluetooth through apple music no sound. Ive do e a factory reset. My wifi could t see the hotspot though the bluos app seemed to. I e got a feeling my player is cactus which is a shame given its age. Can anyone offer some wisdom as I seem to have expired my own….

Always start with a network refresh.
Power off your Router and anything that connects to it including all BluOS devices and controllers that run the BluOS App.
Wait five minutes
Power on your Router and again wait five minutes.
Only now power on your BluOS device and the controller device, again wait five minutes before testing.
Now you can turn back on additional devices that connect to your Router.
If this does not help use the BluOS App to Send a support request, this also sends the logs so Bluesound can investigate further.

I am having similar problems and am in the middle of to and fro correspondence with the support team. If it gets solved I will post here
