Focus on software quality in 2026!
Per title. Had to spend one hour this morning to fix the home-theater group. Sound from tunein was bland. And here we go again, sub and rears were not outputting any sound. This happens multiple times during the week and turning off/on the sub from the app is most of the time sufficient to get things working again. But now the sub stayed dead. So tried to pair/unpair, factory reset, etc. Still no go. This time I had to factory reset both Sub and Soundbar!!!
Stop releasing new products until you got a stable firmware guys.

The issues you consistently describe are all symptomatic of poor wireless connectivity or home networking packet collisions.
I am escalating you to our Support Crew but they will likely ask for log files and a network survey.
