Music stops after 10-20 seconds

Hello,

I have a NAD C-368 and I'm experiencing a problem when streaming from Tidal. The music abruptly stops after 10 - 20 seconds. I've tried some recommended fixes; reboot amp and modem, reinstalling controller app, using different controllers, (phone ans ipad), and turning standby off and on. I've executed all bluos software updates that have been offered as well. Also, when trying to stream tunes from Pandora via bluetooth, the amp turns off after about 10 minutes. Any suggestions would be appreciated!
