Indexing by name, not ID tag
AnsweredI use "folder" when I browse my music. When a mp3 does not have an id tag, the app lists the mp3s by the name.
But when all or some of them has id tags it becomes a faulty mix. They are seldom listed in correct order. The " folder" way should be a way to avoid the id tag listing as thousands of my mp3s do have faulty or none id tags.
Is there a way to get the app to ignore id tags?

Hi Ron
Metadata tags are essential to the Indexing process. This is not a BluOS limitation but a requirement of the MP3 file to be encoded properly. Files with corrupt or incomplete tags are considered faulty files. Folder browse is designed to locate and correct faulty metadata.
