My NAD M10 shows up in Spotify app but not in BluOS controller app or TIDAL
Hi. I have an NAD M10 that does not show up in the BluOS controller app or TIDAL
- BluOS controller app and TIDAL are installed on my Macbook Air and my android phone.
- I can connect to the NAD M10 through Spotify, which is also installed on my Macbook Air and my android phone.
- The NAD M10 is connected to my wifi (when I log in to my router I can see that it is connected)
Any suggestions? Thanks.

If it worked previously and this is not a new install then I would power off the M10 and the Router, wait 5 mins and power on only the router. Wait another 5 mins before powering on your M10 then try again.
If this does not help please email NAD for support of your NAD M10 support@nadelectronics.com They will be able to help you.
