As another user the Router would be the first thing I would be looking at a restart / soft reset. Also the Ethernet cable could have developed a fault.

To reset your network the following sequence is recommended:

    Power off your Bluesound devices.

Power off your Router and wait five minutes (very important) before turning it on again.

Wait another five minutes for the Router to be fully up and running.

Now power on your Bluesound devices.

I have a problem, more or less.

When listening to Spotify, the music stops. You can see that the NAD disconnects because it disappears from Spotify and then reappears a few seconds later.

It's definitely a problem with the NAD because it also shows as "unavailable" at the same time in Home Assistant...

It sounds like my Bluesound Node may be having network issues. I would first power off the Node and my router, wait five minutes, turn the router back on, wait another five minutes, then power the Node back on. I would also check the Ethernet cable for faults since a failing cable can cause random dropouts even with streaming services like Tidal.

Personally, I don't think the problem is with the network.

I've tried different Wi-Fi networks and other Ethernet cables.

    The problem persists.

The issue doesn't occur with Chromecast or Alexa Cast. It's the same network, though.

Check your router settings to ensure Multicast (mDNS) traffic is allowed. Also see if there is a setting that says IGMP Snooping or IGM Proxy... turn it on.

Also always set a reserved IP address for any BluOS players, controllers running the BluOS App and local storage devices such as a NAS.
