new computers not connecting to Vault 2i
AnsweredFor some reason, the new PCs that I've bought aren't connecting or finding the Vault. I can still access the Vault on a 4 yr old PC. All of the PCs are on Windows 11. Any ideas on why these new machines aren't finding the Vault? I've tried several online tutorials on network connection issues, but none of them have worked. Anybody running into this issue? Suggestions to fix?

Microsoft in each and every update are locking Windows more and more, in particular (for some odd reason) don’t want users connecting easily to local network drives.
Have a search here on this forum and Google, support.microsoft.com may also help. Ultimately you may need to contact Bluesound support using the BluOS App.

I have a similar issue. My Vault was visible on my old W10 laptop, but refuses all attempts to connect on my W11 laptop, I can ping it from the command line, but not see it in Windows. Driving me nuts!

I will add to my original post, this is not entirely a W11 issue. I have a 2020 Dell Alienware laptop that has been updated to W11 that can still find the Vault. But any new machine that I've purchased that started with W11 has not been able to connect to the Vault. I have not been able to figure out the differences in settings or otherwise, but this has been how it works for me. So for now, I have access, but I will be in trouble if that Alienware machine eventually craps out on me.
