powernode - red blinking light
AnsweredHi all
My 3 year old powernode tonifghr has started blinking red
I've tried
- unplugging the mains
- attempting a factory reset
- unplugging the speaker cables
But it stlll remains. What can i do to fix this?

Flashing red LED would normally mean it’s gone into protect mode but you have already taken the first troubleshooting steps. In the BluOS app, please navigate to Settings and under Help & Support select “Send Support Request” this sends to logs to support who will then get in touch with you.
If you cannot do this (probably) then use email support@bluesound.com
