Where are the Vault 2i user instructions?

    Hi Chris, this is a community forum, for direct support you can use the BluOS app, navigate to Settings and under Help & Support select “Send Support Request” this sends to logs to support who will then get in touch with you.

    If you cannot do this then use email support@bluesound.com

    The VAULT uses the same app, in player settings you can select which format(s) the VAULT rip to. Beyond that it’s pretty much pop a disc in and wait for it it to eject. Saying that an hour is too long even for a badly damaged CD and would personally use he App to reboot it.

    Oh, and being forced to download and install an authenticator app as part of the signup process makes the current score minus 5 out of 10. Bought this system to replace my Sonos kit. Wish I hadn't bothered.

    Oh and what’s going on with the Bluos app? I can’t find any functionality to control the Vault 2i. I’ve looked on the App Store but there doesn’t seem to be another controller app specially for the Vault. What am I missing?
