Nad M50 error on update 4.12.11

When updating to 4.12.11 nad m50 it gives an error and is not updated. The Internet is working. Can I ask for the firmware file 4.12.4 or earlier to update from a flash card? I contacted support - they told me that they no longer send the firmware file by mail. Please help.

  Hi Arnold, the only place to get firmware updates is either using the BluOS App or asking for assistance from NAD support, they correctly say that they no longer make firmware available by other methods. In the past firmware was available to download.

  I understand that the old firmware will work for me, not necessarily the new one. Now I have it like it's broken.
