HAD AN ISSUE WITH MY WIFI AND THE SUPPORT GROUP HELPED ME FIGURE IT OUT
AnsweredAbout 3 weeks ago our Comcast cable modem started giving us problems with both access to the internet with our desktop LAN connections and the WiFi (for use with our IPads). Anyway the Comcast tech came out and replaced the modem and everything seemed ok till" I tried t access one of our Bluesound players and noticed an issue. Could not figure it out and could not access the the Support section (they had started the 2 authentication code "thing") so I had to call them. Anyway long story "short" we had to re "pair" the WiFi extenders with the new modem (different IP address) and pretty much everything started to work again..The support group also helped me out setting up the 2 step authentication process so I can again access the "community" section....
Anyway just wanted to give the Support Group (worked with Sachpreet K.) 110% (I know 10 is the highest..LOL) for all their help.....
Anyway just a heads up if you ever have to replace your cable modem you will have to re-pair any wifi extenders if you use any with your new modem.....
