Vault 2i permanently in Red Mode
AnsweredMy Vault 2.1 has frozen in a red mode -- Both the light indicator at the front of the unit and the "pause" button on the top of the unit are bright, solid red. The software will not recognize the Vault and it has basically ceased to function. Up until now I have enjoyed the unit and have ripped nearly 5,000 songs to it. Thanks in advance.
