What's taking so long for a TV app?

The internet is filled with people looking for a way to display the now playing on a TV. I've seen feature requests going back 5 years. The answer seems to be using eARC but my AVR uses the only eARC on my TV. The DAC in my Node is vastly superior to the DAC in my AVR so I don't want to use the AVR for 2 channel. Qobuz finally has a TV app and Qobuz connect on my phone will show what's playing in the Qobuz TV app. It's not perfect but it's fine as work around. It seems to be a highly desirable feature that Bluesound doesn't want to include. Too bad.
