AnsweredHi Mark, you see this is at least part of the problem. We are reaching out but not receiving support. So, the only way to sign into this chain is via Google because if one tries to sign in to Bluesound.com or bluos.zendesk.com you enter your log-in credentials and instead of signing you in, the system asks for a verification code specifically stating that this will come to your phone. Well, of course, no verification code arrives via email, sms. It is, I'm afraid, just highly typical of a "system" that doesn't work and neither does the means to get support. So the likes of me and others above and elsewhere make our difficulties known here but are suggested to "reach out" on a platform that is inaccessible. What is the solution or pathway to a solution?
