No sound after connecting ethernet cable Pulse M to modem

Hello guys! I need some help

I'm having a bunch of issues with Pulse M speakers.

I originally connected both speakers by wifi, but I think the internet kept cutting out, so it kept going out of sync.

I have factory resetted here.

The internet speed is 79mbps upload and 67 mbps download.

I have also changed both wifi speakers to 2.5 ghz that's separate from the 5ghz.

I have again factory reset here and still no go.

Then I thought, let's wire it with ethernet cables and I did that for 5 hours to the modem.

Again factory resetted.

But now when I try to play music through the bluesound app, or through spotify, no music plays in either speaker, but spotify keeps counting. If I switch it back to my phone or laptop music plays.

HELPPPPPPPPP!

I don't know what else to do.

  It sounds like my Pulse M speakers aren’t playing music over Ethernet even after multiple factory resets and switching to 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi. I would continue working directly with Bluesound support, as they can guide me step by step to resolve the connection issue.
