C700 front view of inputs change to vu meter after reboot

Since the last BluOS upgrade, after a restart or a power cycle, the front view of all external inputs change from my set values back to analog vu meter. This happens not every reboot, but often enough to be very annoying.

It's a NAD C700 v1, BluOS v4.12.11. Same behavior happens on a second device. The issue persists even after factory reset.

  Hello, I have exactly the same problem with the C700.

  I also have several songs that have disappeared from my Deezer playlists since the last firmware update.
