VAULT 2i solid red LED
AnsweredMy vault 2 has performed steadily for several years. Yesterday the LED is RED. Vault appears in the Bluesound app but is not accessable (says dowloading 1 of 3 but nothing happens). Tried rebooting as instructions suggest, to no avail. Still RED.
Also connected directly to router, no action . Please help !!!
There are a lot of posts about this issue but no possible solution s.

I see that you have a support request to us regarding your Bluesound VAULT. Please continue working with our support crew to have your issue sorted out. -
Tried everything what I could find on internet. Nothing works. The Vault is not vissable anymore in the app.
- direct connection on the router (no effect)
- restart router and direct connect (no effect)
- startup to update firmware (after 30 minutes no power) (no effect)
- different UTP cables (no effect)
I hear a light "click" in the vault and the orange LED of the Internet connection blicks. This happens about every 3 seconds.
The CD is still in the Vault. Tried all possibilities to get it out. Nothing works.
Could it be a power supply issue ?

Is there a company in Holland who I can call about this issue and can repair my Vault?
All the answers I get from the support crew are the same and from different persons and is no comming to a solution.
