Very Soft Output on Heaphones Port with Node 2i

I have a Fiio F9 Pro Triple Driver Hybrid In-Ear Monitors and plugged it into Node 2i front Headphones port. However, the output is so soft and barely audible. Tried mugging around with the Audio Settings but could not produce an audible output.

The F9 Pro has an Impedance of 28 Ohm and Sensitivity of 106 dB/mW.

Question is, can the Node 2i drives the F9 Pro In-Ear Monitor straight out from its headphones port.
