IPad shows group, but not individual players. Everything is fine on Android phone.
AnsweredMy iPad shows the group, but does not show individual players. If I cancel the group the individual players show. I don’t have this problem on my Android phone. Have closed and re-opened app, unplugged and replugged players, and checked for them as unpaired in iPad Wi-fi (they were not there)

In iOS, select the Group and all Players will appear under the Group.

Your issue is different - please reboot your router - wait 5 minutes then reboot your players. If problems persist, please e-mail support@bluesound.com for us to look into it further.

Tony - I'm familiar with the display of group and players when things are working normally. Things were not working normally on my iPad. I rebooted the router and the players and it resolved the problem.

I saw the same issue yesterday on my wife’s iPad (iPad mini 3) but on my iPad Pro 2016 and Android Handy it was rolling out the group correctly. Closing and reopening the app didn‘t solve it.
Not shure why, but today it‘s working...
Need to check this the next days if it happens again.
