Can a Pulse Flex 2i be hacked?

My Pulse Flex 2i has suddenly started playing random music and when I open the Bluos app on my phone or iPad it appears as a Spotify playlist. It plays even after I turned off BlueTooth on all possible devices, and shut the Bluos app on all possible devices. The only way I can stop it is to disconnect the power. When I reconnect the power, the random music starts again. What is going on?

  Friend, family, or a ghost that previously have used your Flex with Spotify connect will be able to do "that".....blame Spotify :-)

  Thanks. Spotify reset my password and that has solved the issue.
