Something changed in your ASUS Router. Please ensure you have multicast enabled;
LAN -> IPTV: Enable multicast routing (IGMP Proxy) : Enabled
LAN -> IPTV: Enable efficient multicast forwarding (IGMP Snooping): Enabled
Wireless -> Professional -> Band 2.4GHz -> Enable IGMP Snooping: Enabled
Wireless -> Professional -> Band 2.4GHz -> Multicast Rate(Mbps): OFDM 12If the problems persists, pleasee-mail support@bluesound.com

Hi Tony,
Got my new ASUS ZenWiFi AX XT 8 mesh router and have promblems in connecting the Bluesound devices throw the App.
I have set up one SSID including the 2,4 and 5 GHz band.
The two older Bluesound devices are connected to the 2,4GHz and the 2i Bluesound devices are connected to the 5Ghz band.
I have followed your recomended changed settings (as per your above instructions) but with no positive result.
I have deleted and re-installed the BLUOS app in my iPhone with no positive result.

Hi Odd
Chances are it is one of two things, the mesh is having a problem with Multicast or the router is trying to place the two 2.4 Ghz players on the 5 Ghz band. Try removing Bandsteering and revert to 2 SSIDs, one for each band. If that does not solve the issue, speak with ASUS support to ensure multicast is enabled and working throughout the mesh.
