Missing folder in Vault2

Hi

I recently ripped 3 cds by Eric Gale to my Vault2.
On my BluOS app (iPhone n iPad), CDs 1 & 2 are listed together under artist ‘Eric Gale’. All metadata are present. 
CD 3 is listed separately under ‘eric gale’. The track data are all there but there is no cover art.

In checking the library on my computer (MacBook), there is only one folder under Eric Gale containing the files for CDs 1 & 2. I can’t find CD 3 listed anywhere. 
I rebuilt the index and reloaded the artwork but to no effect. 

Please advise remedial action.

  Changing the file name will have no effect. You will have to edit the internal metadata of the file. Please see; https://support.bluos.net/hc/en-us/articles/360000364067 for more details.

  Perhaps I didn’t explain the issue clearly. I have not done any editing to the metadata. 
  After ripping, the 3 cds appear under 2 artists - Eric Gale n eric gale - on my iPhone/iiPad.
  On the MacBook, there is only one folder under Eric Gale with just 2 of the cds listed. The 3rd cd is completely missing. 
  Hope this clarifies.

  Correction. 
  On the MacBook, there are also 2 artist folders - Eric Gale and Eric gale. And both have the exact album sub-folders for Cd1 and Cd2 but neither contain Cd3.
