Vault 2i not discoverable on Windows10Pro after update

I cant see my Vault 2i in home network after update (Windows 10Pro, ver.20H2,build 19042.685, BluesSound Windows app 3.12.1, BluOS 3.12.13). I´ve tried to reconnect Vault 2i and my router, reinstall Windows app, but problem remains.. Windows app is fully working and streaming music to my wireless speaker, but I ´ just can´t see Vault 2i in my home network and have no access to Vault 2i to reorganize my library..
Anyone else have this issue please?

Reboot your router. Wait 5 minutes - reboot your PC. If the problem persists, please e-mail support@bluesound.com

Hi Tony.. thank you for your reply.. problem persists despite additionaly factory reset I ve made. I ve already e-mailed this problem to your support on 25th Dec (ticket Id #211092). So I ll wait for their response.. Luckily everything is working fine..Just that problem with Windows 10pro in which my Vault2i is still not discoverable in my home network .
