Pulse Soundbar 2i with sub and Flex2i - problem with rear speakers

I just installed Flex2i for rear speaker to my system. Installation was fine but no sound in rear speaker until i increase the volume in the group for rear speaker to max +10db. I have in the installation put the right amount of meters from most common place of listening. I have stream from netflix etc through a Apple TV with HDMI- Arc.
Is there any way of checking that the speakers has contact with the system and check if sound in speakers?
What should normally be the right volume for rear speaker or is it normal that need to be increased to max 10db?

In the BluOS App, select your Home Theatre Group and press the context menu (3 dots) to open the context menu. Under Audio Settings, please select Stereo Surround. - With Stereo Surround turned on - do you receive audio out of the rear channel speakers even listening to TuneIn Radio?
If yes, either your Apple TV or your TV does not have Dolby enabled. If no, please send us the log file by selecting Help, Send Support Request in the BluOS App.
