Vault 2 Locked
I am reaching out with this message to see if any one can offer any help/suggestions.
My Vault 2 appears to have locked during a firmware upgrade.
No matter what i try, I cannot perform a factory reset.
Holding the play/pause button during the startup phase, does nothing and doesn't go into the reset mode.
The drive is still visible on my home network, albeit the music folder has disappeared. The rip folder is the only one visible.
Now when i insert into the Vault, it is rejected immediately saying the storage is full.
Help!!!!!!!!!!

Unplug it for 2 minutes, check that the Player is connected to your router and your Internet gateway is not down then plug it back in - if the problem persists, please e-mail support@bluesound.com
You can safely reboot a player in the middle of the upgrade, it will recover. At worse, the upgrade will fail and you will be re-prompted.

Unfortunately, your advice does not help.
I have emailed support and a response is awaited.
At this moment in time the player appears locked.
I have tried various ways to perform a factory reset without success.
The player does not go into factory rest mode when it boots up.0
