BlueSound Pulse Flex surround sound w/ NAD receiver
AnsweredI'm looking to purchase a NAD T778 home theater receiver. I will be using it with passive front L/C/R speakers, but will not have permanent surround sound speakers set up. If and when I want to have surround sound, can I use a pair of BlueSound Pulse Flex speakers connected to the NAD T778, as my surround sound?
Thanks!

When the time comes to add the rear speakers, you will require traditional passive speakers. You cannot use the PULSE FLEX as rear channel speakers on NAD T Series amplifiers.

To clarify... when I say the Pulse Flex speakers "connected" to the NAD T778, I mean wirelessly connected through BluOS.
When watching a movie, for example, can the NAD T778 be driving the front L/C/R wired speakers, as well as the wireless Pulse Flex speakers as surrounds?

I agree. That would be really good if it was possible to connect pulse flex wireless as surround speakers.
