Connection problems NAD MDC module
AnsweredSince update 3.12.13 I experience the following problems with my NAD C368 with MDC module.
This module is connected with a LAN cable to my router.
- Getting a connection between my laptop or mobile phone to BluOs takes a long time.
- The above applies to both the BluOs app and spotify.
- repeatedly during playback, the connection is lost from both playing from the BluOs app and spotify.
There are no further problems with the network, no lost connections.
What could be the problem here?

Hi Kees
We did upgrade the Wi-Fi Driver in BluOS 3.10.0 but have made no changes since in this matter. I would recommend powering down all your network devices (The NAD C368, your smartphone, any other items you have connected to your network) then reboot your router. Wait 5 minutes and then power up your network devices again.
If the problem persists after resetting your network then select Help, Send Support Request in the App so we may take a closer look.
