Music stops when I wake up my phone
AnsweredI just set up my Pulse Flex 2i. Actually it isn't really set up how I want it to be, because I can't get it to work on wifi - it is hooked up to ethernet but since I wanted to add more units to the system around the house, that isn't really workable! Anyhow, that is a different post that I need to make...
This post: I got the controller app working on my samsung android phone, but after my screen has gone black, when I pick up my phone and it "wakes up", the music stops playing. That is obviously not going to be functional - I need to be able to use my phone even when it is operating as a controller without disruption to the music.
This actually is also happening with my desktop controller on my MacBook - not always but sometimes if I shift between programs, the music cuts off.
Is this a known issue and if so, what is the fix? I need to figure out if this system is going to work out for us, or whether I have to return it. Thank you!

Hi Yael
Sounds like you are having general networking issues and may be as simple as your network router is not supporting multicast. This can explain your Player not showing on Wifi or your Android App not discovering the player when it wakes from sleep.
