Cannot login on support.bluos.net with Firefox

Our Support Site will require you to have cookies enabled to use;

We have also seen with Safari (Mac and iOS Users) users you have also had to make the following change;Under Settings - Safari - Privacy & Security
'Prevent Cross-Site Tracking' must be disabled.
Once you have completed this, you may have to reset your browser Cache.
We have reported the issue to our service provider and they continue to monitor the situation.

thanks for your reply. It wasn't a cookie issue, but it has been fixed :)
There could be a cookie issue with users relying on the Privacy Badger extension, but I reported the issue to the maintainers (bluos.zendesk.com domain should be set to green, allowed).
Issue closed! :)
