Weak subwoofer output

Today I updated my bluesound powernode 2 to blueOS 13.12.13., after the update my subwoofer is barely moving eaven at 100% level. I have tried reconnecting it and made sure that it is turned on in the bluesound app. But no difference to the signal output. I know this has been an issue in earlier updates as well, I have found other threads where this issue is mentioned also, but U refer them to NAD electronics support. I have a 2.1 setup directly to my powernode 2 so it has to be an bluesound update issue. It was working fine before the update.
Hoping for a speedy resolution to this issue.

The issue you describe on another thread was a change we made in BluoS 3.10.0 and reverted in 3.10.3 - no changes have been made ins 3.12.13. I would recommend, checking Settings, Player, Audio, and see if you have My Subwoofer enabled.
Please check your sub-woofer cable and toggle My Subwoofer off and on. If however, the problem persists, please select Help, Send Support Request in the BluOS App so we may take a closer look at the log file.
