Pulse support of 5Ghz wifi

Dear Support team,

Could you kindly confirm whether the Pulse (first model, not the 2i) is able to connect to other devices (e.g. iPhone with BlueSound app) while on the 5Ghz wifi band?

During the setup fase, it seems that the Pulse does not recognise my 5Ghz band. 

I have all my devices connected to the 5Ghz band and would be otherwise forced to use the 2.4Ghz one only for the Pulse.

  Bluesound Gen1 and Gen2 players can only connect on the 2.4Ghz band. They however can be controlled by devices connected via 2.4 or 5.0 (or wired) running the BluOS App.
  
  Players manufactured after mid-2018 (Gen 2i Players) are dual-band and can connect to either 2.4 or 5Ghz bands.
