Balance sound levels on inputs

I have a soundbar 2i that I use heavily, and lately have been annoyed by a large difference in volume between music played from the controller versus the TV input. The TV volume is significantly lower, so I have to constantly adjust the volume up and back down again.

 

What is the best way to balance these two inputs so that the volumes are about equal and I don't have to run for the volume button when switching sources?

  Hello Hidde, 

  I've passed this forward as feedback to our QA team. 

  In the meantime, Presets can be set to a specific volume, and can then be programmed to a button on your TV's IR Remote. You could set the HDMI/Optical Preset to a specific base volume and hit that button when switching to the source to also switch to that volume.
