    Thats a bug. 

    ...in your router configuration. Check your router settings and ensure you are not blocking multicast connectivity. Also if you are using wi-fi extenders, are they configured as extenders and repeaters and not creating a separate or second network?

If it is provided by your Internet Service Provider, please tell us the name of your ISP. We will also need to know the make and model of any network extenders, wi-fi repeaters, or powerline ethernet adapters you may be using.
