Streaming MDC BluOS - NAD amplifier drops out

Hi,

My NAD c368 with BluOS MDC has been switching to standby regularly during streaming since the beginning of 2020. The problem is known to BluOS support as the 'Spotify auto-standby issue'. With my NAD c368 and BuOS 2i module, however, this does not only happen when streaming Spotify but also, for example, with streaming Radio Paradise.

As a workaround, Bluesound recommends setting Auto Standby to OFF. This workaround does indeed work. Hopefully there will be firmware this year that will solve the problem without compromising certain functionality.

A workaround is not the solution at Blusound, is it?
