Cannot connect to library

Everything was working fine with my system, then we had a 5 minute power cut. Now the player/BluOS app won't show my library - it had the correct address showing in Network Shares. I've tried searching for new network share and it says no shares found. I've told it to forget the original address, same problem, tried inputting the address manually, same problem.
I've checked every part of my Windows 10 sharing as per your instructions (and what I used to set it up) and they're all absolutely correct.

Oh Simon. Not alone! Very frustrating. I can't understand why this antique method. It could be so easy!!! For IT and software development department: Check Plex, Kodi or whichever. DLNA, uPnp,...?
