Bluos windows 10 stops at receiving email, opening documents etc.

My BluOS controller installed in Windows stops playing music every time a network action occurs, for instance when receiving an email. But also opening a document etc.

How come?

  Hello,

  I can't say for certain I've heard of a case like this. When you see this happen, please send our support crew a diagnostics log via Help > Send Support Request (log will be automatically attached) so they may look into what may be causing this.
