Node N100 and Powernode N150
AnsweredI am having problems with two of my seven Bluesound devices. On my N100, I have done a factory reset to change the name of it, and since then, I am not getting any output from the RCA plugs. After the reset, it went through the software update process and it shows up on my list of devices, and I can get it to group with others, but there is no signal at the outputs.
On my N150, I have been having connection failures for a while, so I finally tried a factory reset. It went through the network connection process and naming, but after beginning doing the software update, it's repeatedly gone into protection shutdown with flashing red LED. Multiple reboots do not solve the issue.
Can I get assistance with these two problems? Outside of those two, I've been very pleased with the functionality. With a single router, I had connection issues, but after installing a mesh network, the system stays up for weeks on end, perfectly synchronized and playing well throughout our home. We use it an average of at least 10 or 12 hours a day, often 18 or more, playing systems in every room of the house except kitchen and bathrooms (even in the garage and front and back porches - it's half a mile to nearest neighbor, so we have the luxury of living in a very musical environment, either low level background music along with wind in the trees and wind chimes, or louder music in the classical and jazz genres). Bluesound has been a delightful addition to our lives.
