Vault 2i playbacks hangs with wired connection
AnsweredHello BlueSound Crew,
Lately my Vault 2i hangs during playback, although it is on a wired connection with >300MBPS (same cable, linked to MacBook with Speedtest before and after the Vault has a problem).
Any advice to solve this? Gaps are 2-10 seconds, then it picks up again, then stops etc.

Hi Jascha
Try rebooting your router, if that doesn't work, check or replace the network cable. If that doesn't work, Help, Send Support Requestso the Support Crew can review your log file and provide a better 1:1 diagnosis.
