    Hello,

I just bought the N330 (Powernode) and I got exactly the same issue with Tidal Connect. Really slow to launch the first track and then evertime I skip to next one, same 20 secondes lag !

A small lag using Airplay but it works better.

Also it takes at least 25 seconds to start my favorite internet Radio I preset on the first dot of my pad.

I'm connected on Eternet and based in Athens Greece.

    Any fix? Thanks a lot

    Hello

I could copy the problem of Romain...

when using Tidal Connect with my Powernode it takes 30+ sec to start the stream, there are stops of up to 60 sec within a playlist, skipping is a pain.

Tidal reached back to me immediatly, but did not / could not solve the problem.

    Bluesound didn't even answer

I have that problem only when using Tidal Connect. the stream on my mobile phone is flawless BUT: I need Tidal for listening to music on my Hifi system

Hi Tony, thank you for your answer, but:

I've already tried (several times) everything described in this post and all the others I found on the net.... didn't work.

can try once again, later this afternoon

    greetings, Paul

    Hi Tony W.

I'm happy to admit that it worked this time. I cleared the caches, uninstalled/reinstalled all BluOs/Tidal apps (Android/Windows), did a factory reset for the Powernode and now everything is as it should be. Thanks! Paul

I just bought NODE 2i and the integration with Tidal is a complete disaster. It is impossible to use the integrated Tidal module both in my computer and in my phone because it is very slow and laggy. I'm forced to use Tidal Connect but even this works quite bad. I have to wait each time about 20 seconds before the song starts. I also have the 5 seconds increment thing with the time tracker. I tried everything I saw in this thread but nothing works.

I wrote to Bluesound support crew and here is the answer I got :

Thank you for contacting the Bluesound Support Crew!

Rest assured that we will be taking this purposed request and forwarding it to our Quality Assurance Team as well as the BluOSDevelopment Lab for their consideration. We are always working to improve the experience based on customer feedback, and sincerely appreciate it.

Thank you again for reaching out!

No help at all! It's been more than one month... I'm very disappointed with this product...

Hi Francis - not sure what happened there, I have re-opened your request, and our Support Crew will be in touch via e-mail to help troubleshoot your network environment.

Hi, just to add, Tidal with BluOS is still terrible, I got tired of waiting for player (node 2i and n130) to appear in tidal app that I just cancelled tidal subscription and staying with Spotify that works without problems. By the way, tidal experience with apple car play is the same disaster, so slow that you simple rather don’t use it. So not sure if Bluesound is the guilty one here.
