HISSING PITCH NOISES via my Pulse Soundbar 2i

Hi team,

For a couple of weeks I hear a hissing pitch type of noise only via my soundbar 2i. I've deleted the multi-player group and listened my Pulse Flex speakers and don't hear any hissing pitch noise. The problem is related to my soundbar. I can hear it very well on this particular song: Soft Sell / Tainted Love. In particular, in the high spectrum, the hissing sound occurs.

Can you help me out?

Current setup:

Multi-player group:

• Soundbar Pulse 2i / wired connection
• Pulse Sub 2i / wireless connection
• Pulse Flex 2i / 2 devices / wireless connection
• Pulse Flex / 1 device / wireless connection
