    Hi Doran

This is how you can do it; https://support.bluos.net/hc/en-us/articles/360000058107

Ensure AutoPlay is on in your Settings Menu of your App. In Song View, filter by genre, select the first song. Then shuffle the Play Queue and save it as a preset.

I was using bubbleupnp with a open source renderer before Bluos. I loved the feature to make a random playlist from my local library. It would be great to add this to Bluos. The main pameter would be how many tracks, but genre would be nice too.

When i use Tracks in my android app, the suggestion seems to work. However there is no way to filter for genre (as does the article mention), when i navigate via Genres to as specific Genre and then choose an item in Tracks, this suggestion doesn't work.

Note: In didn't find an option for the song view with a filter for genre in the android app. The prompts in the windows app and the android app are different. When I tried your suggestion in the windows app, this indeed seems to work well. I can't find a way to save this to a preset. However saving to an playlist results in a huge playlist, which results in the app to hang when i try to load it.
