Latest Desktop controller (3.12.3) doesn´t work

After updating my controller on my Windows laptop it doesn´t show on the screen. It starts but after that it will only show as a thumbnail. Tried showing my open programs as cascade, but that didn´t work. Deleting the program, restarting the computer and a fresh install didn´t work either. Any new suggestions?

  Shift-rightclick on the taskbar icon. Move (using cursor or mouse) or Maximize
