BluOS app not available in Google play on my wife's phone

Hi

 

My wife got a new Xiamoi Note 9pro phone, and when searching for BluOS controller app on Google store, no such results are returned. What could be the problem?

  Did you eventually find out?

  Xiaomi is notorius - as Huawei once was - for using an Android customization causing countless problems for apps using background processing. Not sure if the Play store filters apps with regards to compatibility (having migrated to iOS a few years ago).
