Authorization Failed - Node 2i
CompletedJust today I am not able to use any of my connected music services, tidal & Qobuz to be specific. I keep getting the "authorization failed" message. I have logged out of my services and logged back in, no change. I have done a factory reset, no change. I can't update the software either. Rather frustrating.

Just a followup, I have not received any support from Bluesound, so I just started to noodle things out on my own. I did resolve my issue and am posting it incase someone else has the same problem. I noticed that my firmware was out of date. I downloaded the new firmware and installed it. The instructions are incorrect on the support website. I put my thumb drive in and then went to player setup to install the update. Update installed and all seems to be working.
