    Hello Pedro,

I've tested this song on my Pulse Mini 2i (using Spotify) and don't get any rattling or sounds caused by high notes.

Please reach out to our support crew via Help > Send Support Request in the BluOS app so they may look into what may be going on further.

    Regards,
    Sam R.

Finally, the support team told me that the problem is likely a hardware fault in the internal amplifier. I must express my disappointment regarding the durability of Bluesound speakers. It's quite astonishing that these speakers have a lifespan of only three years. In contrast, I own a Bose system that has faithfully served me for over two decades, a testament to true quality.

It is my belief that customers deserve to be informed about the limited lifespan of these speakers. Quality should be reflected not only in sound but also in longevity.

I bought a new speaker, that last only three years and the option is to pay 70% of the price for refurbished speaker. It is not acceptable from a customer point of view.

I think that I must alert my friends and family who I recommended buying Bluesound and put some comment on my social media.

My next speaker and audio device for sure will not be a bluesound.
