Problems when multiple controllers active?
AnsweredHas anyone experienced difficulty when BluOS is active on multiple controller devices (including a mix of Android and iOS)? I'm wondering if that might explain some of the difficulties I encountered. Players listed, but not responding to commands, music shows as streaming, but no sound coming out anywhere. Poking around I discovered that deleting the group let individual players function normally. Then, everything working normally the next day. I ask about multiple controllers because this issue showed up after downloading the app to an additional device.

If you are using multiple access points, ensure you do not have multiple networks happening. All Bluesound Players and Apps must be on the same network (same IP subnet). Check out www.bluesound.com/network101 or select Help, Send Support Request for network troubleshooting assistance.
