Node 2i not discoverable on either wifi or ethernet

Node 2i. Got for a Roon setup. Worked fine for a few months. Now wifi can’t find the Node on either iPad or iMac. So connected by ethernet. Nothing doing. Neither iPad nor iMac is finding the device. Both just spin and spin "looking for players."

    Hi David

    The most likely cause is your network routing table became corrupted. Reboot your router and mesh APs. Wait 5 minutes then reboot your players. If problems persist e-mail us at support@bluesound.com so we may take a closer look.

    Using Arris SB8200>Google Mesh.

    My iMac will not access the Arris web app at any of the default Arris ip addresses over wifi. And my MacBook doesn’t have an ethernet port so I'd have to order an adapter, or buy a 50' ethernet cable to hardwire my desktop to the router.
