Why I will not buy Blusound again

I am your customer with Node1. I think it may be valuable for you to hear why I am not going to buy your products again.
I enjoyed your product (I really did!) while it lasted until it was bricked by failed firmware update. I exhausted all support options, including dealer in Poland (see ticket #155411). The thing is paper weight.
I was briefly considering replacing it with Node2i, but concluded I will not: I am not confident with your support. It's enough to search your forum to find this is quite frequent issue, and based on my experience I don't want to be left with another bricked device. Not for 500+ euro. I feel such price level should get me solid product made with longevity in mind.
