Weak subwoofer output
AnsweredHello, today I have updated new NAD C 658 with BluOS 3.12.13 which is released on 24.11.20, and Subwoofer signal is so weak like missing at all, and sub is turning off. I can see that similar problem was solved one month ago in this thread, but it took 2 months for solution.

Used the steps from supalite SV earlier mentioned this thread. Use the desktop app version of Dirac and not the mobile version I found that completely useless
1. use BLUOS.app simply enable sub in your system
2. Open Dirac make sure you have enabled sub, if not recognized leave Dirac.app open, enter Bluos app switch between One sub / Two subs, Dirac will recognize different setup in system.
3. Follow Dirac Room Correction.
4. After finish you are good to go. Sub will work even without Dirac Enabled.
5. No issues ever after. No auto sleep. BluOS app Subwoofer Crossover works as intended.

Just wanted to add that I am running a NAD M10 V2 with B&W 703 V3 and just added a KC62 Sub and no issues at lower volume. Not had an issue with the sub going into sleep mode at all. And for the size of the KC62 it is a bit shocking how much bass you can drive. I have sub set to LFE and going into Sub input 1 on the NAD crossed over at 60Hz. Have not run DIRAC on it yet but will because my listening room is a little strange.
